CIVIL ENGINEER (PLANNING)

We are actively looking for a civil engineer to head and manage our operation in New Jersey location

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering. Masters in Planning prefered

  • Minimum 6 months experience in concrete repair, deck coating and restoration work

  • OHSA 30 Certificate

  • Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Study job specifications, drawing and pre-plan execution of restoration projects

  • Prepare contracts, negotiate changes & revisions.

  • Develop schedule, budget and tracking tools

  • Determine labor and material requirements

  • Co-ordinate with Clients, Engineers, Subcontractors and Vendors

  • Accountable for planning, execution and closeout document of all projects

FOREMAN CONCRETE REPAIR

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School Certificate

  • ACI Certificate of Concrete Finisher

  • OSHA 30 Certificate

Responsibilities:

 

  • Read and implement construction drawings and specifications

  • Layout, demolish and pour/patch all concrete repair

  • Ensure safety, quality, and production of all tasks.​

MASONRY & CONCRETE REPAIR WORKERS

​

Requirements:

 

  • Has some construction experiance.

  • OSHA 10 Certificate

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work on construction site as direct.

  • Communicate well with foreman​
